Lebanese Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri has said that proposed negotiations between Lebanon and Israel have collapsed following Israel's rejection of a US initiative aimed at facilitating discussions on an Israeli withdrawal from occupied Lebanese territories and the start of border demarcation talks and security arrangements.
