Resheq calls on Doha summit to deter and isolate the “rogue entity”

Ezzet al-Resheq, member of Hamas’s political bureau, has called on the Arab-Islamic summit, which is to be held in Qatar on Monday, to serve as a launchpad for deterring Israel and “isolate this rogue entity, which is ruled by a gang of fascist criminals.”
In a press statement on Sunday, Resheq hoped that the Doha summit would witness a historic consensus, where the nation mobilizes all its instruments of power to halt the genocide and ethnic cleansing in Gaza, and to stop the crimes of Israel in the West Bank, Jerusalem, Lebanon, Syria, Yemen, Tunisia, and Qatar.
He also called on the summit to decisively demand an immediate end to the brutal aggression against Gaza, the lifting of the siege, and the protection of Arab sovereignty and collective national security.
Resheq warned that war criminal Netanyahu is attempting to expand the conflict regionally in pursuit of redrawing the Middle East and asserting dominance, driven by mythical visions of a “Greater Israel.” He argued that such extremism and recklessness are pushing the entire region to the brink of explosion.
He emphasized that Netanyahu’s bombing of Hamas’s negotiation team in Doha was a blatant attempt to sabotage the negotiation process and undermine the role of Qatar, which has been making intensive efforts to facilitate talks and end the humanitarian catastrophe caused by Israel in Gaza.
The Hamas leader underlined that Qatar is paying the price for its integrity, its effective role in mediation, and its commitment to justice, international law, and human rights.
Meanwhile, Majed Al-Ansari, spokesperson for Qatar’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, announced that Qatar will host the emergency Arab-Islamic summit on Monday.
